and now June 2025 I study Mark chapter 1-6 dilligently and I have made a memory list of Jesus Key Faith Teachings 5 times before wake up time in the mornings I memorize with closed eyes ...why closed eyes ..to keep focus in my thoughts and to discover different thoughts in my thoughts I found the easyiest way is with closed eyes and I close my eyes and memorize Psalm 91 5 times and I memorize Mark 9:23 5 times and Mark 11 : 21-25 5 times and the same prayer habit before going to bed ..and I do it every day and now it is easier to remember when I do it every day mornings and evenings I memorize Mark 9 :23 and Mark 11 :21 -25 and follow the instructions in the text and it all started after I read Mark 1-6 I decided to memorize Mark 9 : 23 Mark 11 : 21 -25
after i have read Mark 1 -6 now June 2025 I have realized I have missed something very important in Jesus Faith Teachings after I have read Mark 1 -6 10 times in a day I noticed details

and because of these details I read Mark 9 :23 and Mark 11 :231-25 5 times mornings and evenings every day and Mark 4 Jesus Faith Teachings Nutshell
So now June 2025 I have started dilligently study Mark chapter 1-6 for the first time in my life ...I am 60 + and retired and I have lot of time to do this with 100 % focus on Mark chapter 1 -6
I think quiet in my thoughts these Jesus Faith Thruths Key Jesus Faith Nutshell Teachings
before wake up and before going to sleep ... and I do it every day as a prayer habit ..laying in my bed relaxed with plenty of time .....it is easy to remember with closed eyes Key Jesus Faith Teachings and to think quiet and to meditate on these Jesus Faith Thruths Key Nutshell in Psalm 91 in Mark 9:23 and Mark 11 :21-25
5 times in the mornings before wake up and 5 times in the evenings before bedtime laying in my bed relaxed 100 % and it works amazing well and it is a easy way I have discovered to meditate in my daily prayerlife with 100 % focus in my thoughts
